I DJ NOW

I DJ NOW is a national retailer and authorized distributor of dj gear, stage equipment, pro audio and pro lighting, and recording equipment. Since 1990 the company has provided live performers with the tools they need to perform at their best. Client base includes DJs, worship facilities, bands and musicians, public speakers, fun centers, stadiums, auditoriums, educational facilities and more. In 2011, I began as a marketing coordinator, and in 2012, I joined the staff. In 2013, I was promoted to Marketing Manager, and subsequently in 2014, I was again promoted to Creative Marketing Director. For 13 years I personally developed and produced all the internal procedures and systems to execute successful 360° integrated campaigns, which propelled this small privately-owned business to a nationally recognized top retailer, with a stronghold in the pro audio and pro lighting niche markets. Materials consisted of video, print, radio, outdoor, email, social media, POS marketing, direct mail, catalog, collateral material, trade shows, and live in-store demo sessions with manufacturer representatives. I managed a team of four graphic artists, collaborated closely with corporate principals and sales teams, and was the creative representative at internal and external meetings. As a result of this work, the I DJ NOW customer base, email lists, social media followers all increased form the hundreds into the several thousands and contiues to see significant growth today.
