3692 Bedford Ave., Brooklyn, NY was acquired by M&R Management corp. in 2009. The owner-operator real estate group completely renovated the property and required an entirely new name and marketing initiative to fill residencies. With its new name and new look, The Madison was unveiled along with a new logo and marketing materials for sales agents and building managers, resulting in record-breaking residencies and a newly revitalized neighborhood in the world-famous borough of Brooklyn.
